With us it is possible to invest in real estate in different countries.

For over 25 years we are actively working on building real estate in various countries in Europe.

It's easy to associate the Netherlands with windmills, vibrant fields of nodding tulips, big wheels of cheese, delicate blue and white Delft pottery, and the orange-painted faces and bodies of Dutch fans at sporting events but there is much more to it than these familiar symbols of the country.

The Netherlands is one of the world's most well-off countries, with one of the highest standards of living good health care, low unemployment rate, excellent schools. It is also considered one of the best places to do business in the world. The country's standard of living is high.

In general, the state of its municipalities and rural and urban areas is very good. Every city part (district) has an urban renewal plan in place to monitor the state of local housing, improve the community, maintain public areas, keep the peace and promote the local economy.

Amsterdam

 

Amsterdam is the capital and largest city of the Netherlands, located in the province of North Holland in the west of the country.

Many large Dutch institutions have their headquarters there, and 7 of the world's top 500 companies, including Philips and ING, are based in the city. Amsterdam's main attractions, including its historic canals, the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, Hermitage Amsterdam.

The Hague

 

The Hague is the third largest city in the Netherlands and is located on the North Sea in the west of the country. The city is officially named "s-Gravenhage" , literally meaning "the count's woods" in reference to its original use as hunting grounds for the Count of Holland in around the year 1230.

Today The Hague is the country's seat of government, a legacy from the time the Netherlands and Belgium together formed the United Kingdom of Netherlands.

Scheveningen

 

The district of Scheveningen (a prime area) has been famous as a seaside resort since the early 19th century. Its sandy beach slopes into the North Sea, and locals and tourists alike enjoy walking along the shore or the long pier, visiting the lighthouse, staying at the seaside hotel that has been there for more than a century, and joining the beach competitions and events that are held there all year round.
